In collaboration with co-authors of Edibles: Small Bites for the Modern Cannabis Kitchen, Stephanie Hua (owner of Mellows, cannabis-infused marshmallows) and Coreen Carroll (Head Chef & Co-founder The Cannaisseur Series), we bring you High Tea.
We have curated a British themed high tea menu of low-dose cannabis-infused bites from the Edibles cookbook alongside non-infused afternoon tea delicacies for grazing. The carefully crafted menu is accompanied by CBD elderflower water to keep things mellow and English breakfast tea will be on hand for hydration.
Guests have the chance of taking home a signed copy of Edibles and will each leave with a gift bag containing some cannabis-infused edibles and treats from the evening.
